Qualifications

• 3–7 years in commercial production or related field.
• Proven ability to manage a book of business (Mid-Market).
• Leadership capabilities (Senior-Level).
• Licensure/certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• AMS260 and Salesforce proficiency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with market leads and senior leadership to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Utilize software tools such as AMS260 and Salesforce to manage accounts and track performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with expert advice.
