The Jonus Group is seeking a dynamic Commercial Lines Producer to join a fast-paced sales team in Greer, SC. You will focus on prospecting middle-market accounts, building client relationships, and driving sales with high earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience or
• 2–3 years in an insurance-related role (e.g., Producer Assistant) or
• Recent graduates with a degree in Risk Management or related field.
• Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in middle-market accounts.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to refine sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, networking, and fieldwork.
• Target specific verticals to drive business development.
• Participate in ongoing training and meet sales quotas.
