Salem Five Insurance is seeking a results-driven sales professional to generate new business and sustain a profitable renewal book. You will collaborate with Commercial Lines teams and banking partners to deliver tailored insurance solutions and deepen client relationships.

The role emphasizes cross-selling opportunities, strong communication, and proactive pipeline management across multiple Massachusetts offices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proven history of success in sales, preferably within commercial insurance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with ability to prospect, market, sell, and close new business.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance company partners, with diligence and strategic thinking.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Generate new organic business and maintain a strong renewal book of business for the agency.
• Monitor renewal retention rates and address service or pricing issues to retain clients.
• Work with Commercial Lines Account Managers to deliver service and retain risks.
• Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to support agency growth.
• Collaborate with banking partners to identify cross-selling opportunities and build relationships.
