Job summary

Salem Five Bank is seeking an Account Manager to manage a diverse book of Commercial Lines customers across several Massachusetts offices. You'll provide tailored service, resolve complex inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with a Property & Casualty License. You'll also benefit from a comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong ability to manage complex insurance issues.
• Proficient in customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse book of Commercial Lines customers.
• Oversee policy processing for new policies, renewals, and cancellations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand their insurance needs.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information in management systems.
