2–3 years related Personal Lines experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Instar Systems a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-volume and complex personal lines customers.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling all insurance needs.
Develop and maintain client relationships and provide strategic insurance solutions.
Review renewals and discuss options; make consultative recommendations.
Handle inquiries, process paperwork, and prepare price quotes.
Oversee policy lifecycle from quote to renewal and claims support.
