Based in MA, the position supports renewals, endorsements, and cross-selling opportunities, while maintaining strong client relationships and data integrity in the agency system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced agency management system Applied EPIC preferred.
• Ability to design total insurance programs based on risk analysis.
• Bond and Flood knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse Commercial Lines book and respond to client inquiries.
• Oversee policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with accuracy.
• Maintain carrier knowledge and liaise between clients and carriers.
• Prepare quotes, renewals, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Producers and support sales initiatives.
• Generate reports and use data to improve account management.
