Job summary

Invited is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to assist with planning and coordinating event sales at the club, working with the Event Sales Manager to manage inquiries through execution.

This role provides administrative support, maintains client records, and ensures smooth communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. It supports the annual event sales plan through prospecting and client interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer-facing or sales support in hospitality/events.
• College coursework in hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• Basic understanding of marketing and prospecting strategies.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and event management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event details, logistics, and client communication.
• Serve as primary contact for clients during planning.
• Create and distribute event proposals, contracts, orders, floor plans.
• Maintain client database and assist in prospect inventory.
• Ensure contracts and payment records are filed and organized.
• Assist with basic financial tracking with accounting.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
• Participate in sales and event meetings.
• Provide general administrative support to managers.
• Attend daily briefings and stay informed.
