Job summary

Invited is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to assist with planning and execution of club event sales, working closely with the Event Sales Manager to ensure each detail is meticulous from inquiry to completion.

You will support proposals, contracts, floor plans, and client records, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and help achieve the annual event sales plan while maintaining professional communication with members and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer-facing or sales support in hospitality/events.
• Preferred: college coursework in hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• Basic understanding of marketing and prospecting strategies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and event management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event sales activities with the Event Sales Manager.
• Serve as primary client contact during event planning.
• Assist with proposals, contracts, floor plans, and diagrams.
• Maintain and update client database and prospect inventory.
• Track deposits and payments in coordination with accounting.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to execute details.
• Participate in regular sales and event meetings.
• Provide general administrative support to managers.
