Job summary

Truist in Blue Ridge, GA is seeking a client-focused associate to deliver superior service and process both complex and routine transactions. You will educate clients on digital banking and assist with outbound outreach while supporting the sales process and IRM initiatives.

The role requires 2 years in teller or client service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced branch environment, including occasional weekends or extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
