- Work closely with clients to ensure successful drop-off catering orders as well as larger events.
- Assist with the organization of drop-off orders and events; menu development, proposals, contracts, deposits, rentals, staffing, delivery and set up.
- Work on-site during events, plating and other setup tasks.
