Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Experience coordinating catering for meetings and events in a corporate setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end catering orders from intake to post-event follow-up.
• Serve as liaison between clients, conference services, culinary teams, and operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and high hospitality standards for all events.
• Assist with room setups and meeting logistics to enhance client experience.
• Maintain a professional approach and strong communication with guests and staff.
