Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Educate customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with stock, packing, and planogram compliance.
• Support store recovery, inventory, and backroom processes.
• Participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies across the store.
