Job summary

Michaels Stores in Charleston, SC is seeking a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, planogram maintenance, and in-store recovery while upholding store standards.

Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is available; involvement in VOC surveys and omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) may occur.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
