Michaels, a leading arts and crafts retailer, is seeking a store associate in Columbia, SC. You will help customers find products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

Role includes merchandising duties, shelf replenishment, and support for omnichannel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. Applicants should be comfortable a long with standing, lifting, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to perform unloading, stocking and planogram duties.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
