Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom or dealership lot.
• Build relationships by understanding customers' needs, preferences, and budget.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection and purchasing decisions.
• Present vehicle features, benefits, performance capabilities, and technology.
• Explain available accessories, packages, and optional equipment.
• Conduct engaging and informative test drives.
• Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer updates, and industry trends.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience throughout the sales process.
