Job summary

Gastonia Nissan in Gastonia, NC is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our energetic, customer-focused team. The role offers a top compensation package with a salary range of $48,000 to $150,000 plus monthly commission and a 9am–8pm schedule (5-day workweek with rotating Saturdays).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Track record of automotive sales performance preferred.
• Experience delivering world-class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to guide customers through the sales process.
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
