Modern Nissan of Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. You will greet customers, build rapport, explain vehicle features, and guide them through the buying process to deliver an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Build rapport with customers and create a welcoming, professional buying experience.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Explain vehicle features, performance, technology, and benefits to customers.
• Describe available options and accessories.
• Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations.
• Offer and facilitate test drives.
• Keep up to date on new Nissan products, features, technology accessories, and their benefits to customers.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Work with the sales and management team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow the dealership's sales process and utilize the tools and resources provided.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
