Sunroad Auto in San Diego is seeking a Professional Salesperson for Pacific Honda to engage customers, present vehicle options, and guide them through financing and the closing process. You will drive customer satisfaction, hit sales targets, and build lasting relationships while maintaining product knowledge and CRM records.

Formación

• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Valid driver’s license; CA license required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership with a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.
• Offer test drives and verify proper identification prior to test drive.
• Guide customers through the full sales process including financing options and closing.
• Prepare and present sales proposals with quotes and trade-in evaluations.
• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements per dealership policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, specs, and benefits.
• Stay informed on industry trends, new models, and competitive products.
• Provide accurate information and assist with financing options.
