Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at Honda of El Cajon Superstore in El Cajon, CA. Daily responsibilities include presenting vehicle features and benefits, conducting test drives, explaining financing and leasing options in collaboration with the finance team, and preparing necessary paperwork for purchases. The role also involves following up with leads, maintaining product knowledge on current models, and using dealership tools and systems to track customer interactions. The Salesperson will work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support.
