Job summary

TopBuild Corp. seeks a Sales Consultant to sell TruTeam product lines to residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, perform daily sales calls, present proposals, and manage accounts while building trusted relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in construction sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel locally. You will meet monthly targets and support safety program communication at job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on customer needs.
• Understand market conditions, product innovations and competitor activities.
• Meet monthly sales targets and communicate safety programs to customers.
