U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and manage branches to achieve goals, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering an outstanding customer experience aligned with U.S. Bank values.

The role includes coaching and mentoring team members and collaborating with partners across wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments services to help customers reach their financial goals while promoting bank products in the local market. Location is Phoenix, AZ, with five days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members and exercise independent judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services in the local market/community and build the customer base.
