Job summary

FSS Technologies is hiring a Billing & Collections Associate in the United States. You will contact clients to collect outstanding payments via calls, emails, and texts.

The role sits within the Customer Management Team, handling billing problems, updating contact information, and related tasks as needed. Responsibilities include monitoring accounts for debts, researching history, and performing around 100 outbound collection calls daily to encourage timely payments, processing payments/refunds,

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with Billing/Collections or Accounts Receivable.
• Customer service and account management experience.
• Prior experience with NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
• Find and contact clients to ask about overdue payments.
• Make approximately 100 outbound collection calls per day.
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
• Process payments and refunds.
• Resolve billing and customer issues.
• Update account status records and collection efforts.
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
