Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in billing, collections, or customer service.
• Internship or part-time experience in a financial/admin environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring accounts to identify outstanding balances.
• Support the collections team by preparing vendor agreements, drafting emails, and processing lien waivers.
• Process routine customer payments, refunds, and account adjustments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payment processing.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information in CRM.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding billing inquiries.
