Job summary

Kia of Cartersville is expanding its Business Development Center team. As a BDC Representative, you will respond to inquiries, set sales appointments, and follow up to ensure customers have a great experience.

You should be highly organized, tech-savvy and capable of meeting activity goals, with prior BDC, call center or sales exposure considered a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential for an hourly bonus.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computers, internet and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized, quick learner, positive attitude, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls, internet leads, texts and emails within the department’s response-time standards.
• Makes outbound calls and sends follow-up messages to new leads, unsold showroom customers and “no-shows”
• Schedules and confirms sales appointments, and coordinates with the sales team on customer arrival.
• Logs all customer contacts, notes and appointments accurately in VinSolutions CRM
• Informs prospects about current inventory, promotions and incentives
• Meets department goals for contacts, appointments set and appointment show rates
• Follows dealership policies and federal and state rules for customer calls and texts (including do-not-call and consent requirements) and protects customer information
