Job summary

Oremor Automotive Group, based in Fresno, seeks a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to greet visitors and handle service inquiries with a friendly, customer-focused approach. The role includes coordinating service appointments and performing clerical duties in the Service Department.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a similar role and strong phone, writing, and computer skills. Automotive experience is a plus; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a similar role (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service).
• Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Bilingual a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and coordinate schedules of service advisors and service appointments.
• Follow up with prospective customers in response to website inquiries.
• Provide administrative assistance and manage paperwork and records.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat/referral business.
