HHM Hotels is seeking a bartender to provide friendly service, prepare and serve drinks and food, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced bar setting. You will maintain bar cleanliness, verify IDs, and follow safety and sustainability standards while supporting beverage operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• TIPS certified a plus.
• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• Food Sanitation certificate a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol purchase.
• Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders.
• Take and serve food/beverage orders to guests at tables in bar/lounge (if applicable).
• Process guest checks and payments.
• Identify and manage intoxicated guests per standards.
• Assist with beverage inventory and par levels.
• Complete required side work before shift end.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction scores and overall service quality.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety procedures.
