Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a bartender to provide friendly service, prepare and serve drinks and food, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced bar setting. You will maintain bar cleanliness, verify IDs, and follow safety and sustainability standards while supporting beverage operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
TIPS certified a plus.
Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
Food Sanitation certificate a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
Check IDs to verify age for alcohol purchase.
Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders.
Take and serve food/beverage orders to guests at tables in bar/lounge (if applicable).
Process guest checks and payments.
Identify and manage intoxicated guests per standards.
Assist with beverage inventory and par levels.
Complete required side work before shift end.
Contribute to guest satisfaction scores and overall service quality.
Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety procedures.
