This onsite role requires attention to detail, a solid customer service background, and the ability to learn DNA or Fiserv software. Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience - required.
• 1-year recent cash handling and customer service experience in financial services - required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and learn new technologies quickly.
• DNA or Fiserv experience preferred.
• Gains working knowledge of bank activities and complies with banking laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and oral English; bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation, or access to alternative transport.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer.
• Promotes, explains, and refers bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with policies, procedures, security and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Contributes to branch administrative duties as required.
