Heritage Bank’s Mill Creek Branch is seeking a Bank Teller to deliver exceptional customer service, perform routine cash transactions, and support branch sales efforts in a full-time, on-site role in Mill Creek, WA.

The position offers Level I/II pay bands with a Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:15 schedule and Friday 8:30-5:30, with flexibility for training and staffing needs. Requires a high school diploma, 6 months customer service, and 1 year cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience.
• 1-year recent cash handling and customer service experience in a financial services industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Performs routine paying / receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer in accordance with assigned Authority limits.
• Promotes, explains, and refers bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality when handling customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with all policies, procedures, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Actively participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Contributes to the success of the team by sharing in all branch administrative duties as required and assigned.
