Heritage Bank's Mill Creek Branch is seeking a bank teller to help customers meet their financial goals by providing exceptional service, handling routine transactions, and supporting branch sales efforts.

This full-time, onsite role offers a structured schedule, competitive hourly pay with two levels, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Level I requires 6 months customer service experience.
• Level II requires 1 year cash handling and customer service experience in a financial services industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer within authority limits.
• Promotes and refers bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality in handling customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with all policies, procedures, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Contributes to team success with branch administrative duties as needed.
