Napleton Downtown Hyundai in Chicago is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and write accurate repair orders. You will present inspection findings, explain maintenance value, and connect customers with technicians, updating them by phone, text, and video during the visit.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a dealership service role, a proven CSI and sales track record, and strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dealership service advisor experience.
• Strong CSI and sales performance track record.
• Clear communication and ability to stay organized in a high-volume drive.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, write repair orders in Dealertrack.
• Present inspection findings and recommend maintenance with clear value.
• Act as liaison between customers and technicians; keep customers updated by phone, text, and video.
• Verify warranty, recall and service contract coverage; process deductibles correctly.
• Aim to meet CSI, hours-per-RO, ELR and sales goals.
