Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood, part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, seeks a Service Advisor to liaise between customers and technicians. You will present repair recommendations and maintain open communication to keep vehicles in top condition.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, tech-savvy use of service tools, and collaboration with the service team to ensure transparent cost and time estimates are communicated to customers.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new Fixed Ops technology.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• 18+ years of age to comply with policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Write repair orders with clear cost and time estimates.
• Provide timely, transparent communication to customers throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with Technicians and Parts for timely completion of work.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and colleagues.
• Utilize Fixed Operations technology to improve service efficiency.
