The role emphasizes accurate estimates, adherence to dealership policies, and maintaining high CSI scores while guiding customers through repair processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual a HUGE plus.
• Energetic/go-getter with customer focus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Love for cars and helping customers with their vehicle needs.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers and translate repair needs to techs.
• Inform customers of needed/recommended factory maintenance.
• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates.
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress.
• Manage extended service contracts.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up.
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers.
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints.
• Keep Service Manager informed of problems and potential problems.
• Maintain CSI scores in line with dealership standards.
