You will explain repairs and routine maintenance, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive clear communications throughout the service process. The role emphasizes customer care, accurate estimates, and maintaining high CSI scores within a longstanding, award-winning dealership family.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers and translate repair needs to techs.
• Explain needed or recommended factory maintenance to customers.
• Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates.

• Review repairs and costs with customers.
• Maintain CSI scores per dealership standards.
