Job summary

Genesis Spring is seeking a Service Advisor in Spring, TX to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. You will ensure vehicle maintenance needs are identified, communicated, and fulfilled, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage service appointments, explain recommendations and pricing, coordinate with technicians, maintain detailed records, and promote appropriate maintenance packages to help customers protect their vehicle investments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, preferably automotive or retail service.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.

Responsibilities
