Ed Napleton Automotive Group in Urbana is seeking a Sales Consultant at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana to help customers choose the right vehicle and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

You will follow up with clients, explain product features, coordinate vehicle delivery, and contribute to growth within a company that offers paid training, career paths, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local policy.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering questions and helping them select a vehicle suited to their needs.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects and describe all equipment available for purchase.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork to foster loyalty.
• Keep abreast of inventory and features to better assist customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight quality and efficiency of repairs and maintenance.
