Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer questions and help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects and describe all available equipment.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain operating features, warranty and paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, features and benefits for customers.
• Introduce customers to service department staff to highlight service quality and maintenance.
