Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with mentorship ability.
• Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; serve as a mentor and role model.
• Communicate and implement plans for projects, targets, and company initiatives; input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve layout.
