Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving; focus on shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and provide ongoing development.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve layout and efficiency.
