Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cashier, and shipping.
• Recruit and develop Associates; mentor and model a positive, engaging environment.
• Communicate and implement plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
