Bozzuto, a leader in property design, development and management, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in White Plains, NY. You will lead by example, drive leasing, manage budgets and mentor a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Experience with revenue, P&L and budgets.
• Proficient with social media and creating engaging content.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with industry software such as YARDI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto's core values and culture.
• Achieve financial goals through rent collection and delinquency management.
• Conduct property tours and marketing to secure new leases.
• Foster positive resident interactions and brand loyalty.
• Ensure the property's interior and exterior look immaculate.
• Coach, mentor and inspire team members.
• Occasionally work weekends for prospective resident activity.
• Provide leadership when the Property Manager is away.
