Job summary

Rose Valley Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team. You will guide prospective residents through the move-in process, conduct property tours, and follow up with prospects via calls and emails to close leases.

You will market units, meet monthly goals, and maintain strong customer service for current residents while handling applications and deposits with attention to Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid Driver’s License.
• At least 1 year of active leasing experience in multi-family property.
• High energy, sales-oriented with marketing ideas and plans.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone presentations.
• Dependable and punctual with weekend flexibility.
• Knowledge of AppFolio software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospects through the move-in process with courtesy and integrity.
• Conduct property tours of apartments, models and amenities.
• Ensure apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean office environment.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and emails and send thank you cards.
• Market and lease units, supporting the property's marketing plan.
• Document prospect activity in compliance with Fair Housing Laws.
• Meet monthly leasing goals and process applications and deposits.
• Prepare move-in packets and maintain market knowledge.
