Job summary

Arqline seeks a Leasing Consultant to greet guests, present property features, and securely process lease applications from qualified prospects. You will be the liaison between guests, the community, and ownership, requiring leasing experience, computer proficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include showing units, processing leases, conducting background checks, and maintaining accurate resident records while supporting marketing efforts and renewal programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with two years leasing experience.
• English communication skills required.
• Excellent leasing and closing skills with strong sales ability.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to stay organized.
• Ability to explain lease documents clearly.
• Ability to sell property's products and services to prospects.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide high-quality customer service.
• Show units and follow up on daily traffic.
• Prepare all lease documents and process applications and deposits.
• Process credit, background checks and rental history as needed.
• Follow policies including Fair Housing; update availability.
• Open the leasing office daily and manage phones and messages.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain resident information in the database.
• Assist in marketing and social media ads to increase visibility.
• Assist with resident events and renewal letters.
