Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Experience with lead management and leasing processes

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person)
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in our Lead Management Software
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Coordinate approvals and follow-up with applicants
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins with required paperwork
• Maintain an active social media presence for property visibility and engagement
• Respond promptly to complaints and service requests to promote resident satisfaction
• Close sales through appointments, tours, and follow-ups
• Apply marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget and plan
• Present a favorable image of the community to achieve objectives
• Plan resident events to enhance retention and host after-hours activities
• Complete lease, move-in, and check-out paperwork in a timely manner
• Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service completion
