Communities in Schools of Southeast Harris and Brazoria County Inc is seeking an Activity Coordinator for the after-school program in Pasadena, TX. Hours run Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, starting in the first week of August.

Qualifications

• Provides a positive learning environment for children, parents, and staff.
• Implements school day curriculum guidelines to support school-day success.
• Maintains program site, equipment, and cleanliness.
• Collects data for daily reports and attendance records.
• Meets timelines and participates in staff meetings and training.
• Ensures safety and risk management of all students.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the children, classroom, and activities.
• Plans and delivers age-appropriate activities.
• Attends family nights and program activities.
• Supports HR&P time entry and time-sheet processes as needed.
