Job summary

Think Together is seeking Substitute Program Leaders to work at multiple sites across the region. You will serve as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor to students during the program, with a focus on safety, growth and nurturing environments.

Responsibilities include homework help, enrichment activities, behavior guidance, and assisting in lesson plans while maintaining student safety and site upkeep. Availability 3 days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children.
• Proof of graduation from High School or GED.
• Availability at least 3 days a week (Mon-Fri).
• Ability to speak and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Provide homework assistance, academic enrichment and physical activity using provided curriculum.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters belonging.
• Support students in positive behavior choices and disciplinary measures when appropriate.
• Engage children and youth by following and assisting in lesson plans.
