Job summary

Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is seeking an Activity Aide/Coordinator to join its Activity Therapy team at the 140-bed facility. • Excellent judgment and clinical skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assesses each patient, within 72 hours of admission, using the activity therapy assessment form and provides documentation of such in the progress notes.
• Develops goals on the master treatment plan of each patient, ensuring that the goals are meaningful to the patient and that the patient understands the purpose.
• Share responsibility for the cleanliness, orderliness, and inventory of all activity therapy areas.
• Plans and implements a variety of activity therapy groups weekly as specific programs require.

Education
