Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assesses each patient within 72 hours of admission using the activity therapy assessment form and documents progress.
• Develops goals on the master treatment plan ensuring meaningful goals the patient understands the purpose.
• Share responsibility for cleanliness, orderliness, and inventory of all activity therapy areas.
• Plans and implements a variety of activity therapy groups weekly as required.
• Excellent judgment and clinical skills are essential for this position.
