Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join the DX Solutions Engineering Team. You will act as the solution expert throughout the sales cycle, driving POCs, technical evaluations, and tailored API integrations to solve complex business problems for Commercial/Midmarket prospects.

You will partner with account executives to understand client needs, translate technical concepts into business value, and influence deployment strategies and analytics integrations across

Qualifications

• Experience with APIs and RESTful services.
• Experience with Git and GitHub CLI.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluations with Account Executives to drive all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including POCs and pilots.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client needs, workflows, and goals.
• Ask detailed questions to uncover information about engineering processes and deployment workflows.
• Design and propose tailored technical solutions for integrating the company APIs with client workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor on deployment methodologies and analytics integrations.
• Capture and synthesize technical feedback to inform product improvements.
