Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Policy and Administration, Social Work or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience with Continuum of Care and HUD Coordinated Entry programs.
  • Experience with housing protections and confidentiality requirements under VAWA and federal guidelines.
  • Strong project management, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate CES housing identification, matching, referral, application, and placement for survivors of domestic violence and related violence.
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency, transitional, rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing, and rental assistance resources.
  • Match households to housing opportunities based on program requirements and survivor preferences.
  • Provide housing navigation and application support, including documentation coordination and landlord communications.
  • Monitor referrals from initial connection through placement, addressing delays or gaps in coordination.
  • Coordinate warm handoffs to victim services, legal assistance, benefits, and other resources.
  • Work with housing providers to resolve eligibility, documentation, or placement timeline concerns.
  • Identify system- and program-level barriers and coordinate solutions.
