Job summary

Human Options Inc. seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily operations of housing programs for survivors of domestic violence in Irvine, CA. You will coordinate services, monitor grants, and ensure policy compliance while leading a team in a trauma-informed, client-centered environment.

You will supervise staff, recruit and train new members, and support shelter operations and on-call coverage. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; a related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field preferred.
• Two years of advocacy, case management, and/or counseling program administration experience in Domestic Violence.
• One year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee permanent housing programs and coordinate supportive services for survivors and families.
• Maintain knowledge of affordable housing, HUD, SCES, and local housing authorities.
• Monitor grants, assist with reporting, and ensure grant deliverables are met.
• Oversee daily operations for efficient service delivery and safety standards.
• Lead weekly Case Management Team meetings and participate in shelter operations and on-call rotation.
• Supervise staff, coach, train, and promote trauma-informed services.
• Recruit and develop staff; foster collaboration and a positive work environment.
